Vendors:
We are again seeking women to sell their wares at the event.  We give preference to artists from the Buffalo/Western New York area.  The purpose of this event is to support the creativity of women, so we are seeking handcrafted wares from the many talented women artisans in Western New York.

As always, there will be musicians performing throughout the day.  Food and drink will be available for purchase.  There is no admission to the event itself, but we will collect donations throughout the event from all attendees to pay the musicians.

The registration fee for a table this year is $110.  Each year, spaces becomes more and more limited, so please reserve your table immediately.  All registration requests will be accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis.  Your registration fee includes one 6 foot table and 2 chairs.  Please note that the tables need to be staffed by women.  Please indicate on the application form if you do not need the actual table (there is no discount for not using the actual table).

Vendors will be notified of set-up times as we get closer to the event.  Various levels of the church will be open for set-up at staggered times.  All tables are claimed on a first-come, first-served basis.  Any woman who does not claim her table by 9:30 a.m. will forfeit the table.  No refunds will be given in case of forfeiture.  In case of an emergency, you may call Bernadette at 228-7260 at any time during the event.

If you need access to electricity, or have other needs, plan to be there promptly to claim your table!  You must bring your own extension cords.  We cannot guarantee availability of outlets.

We are very excited about celebrating out 13th annual Women's Gifts.  Questions?  Call Bernadette at 228-7260 or email.
